"Absolutely disgusted with their service. I have never been called back regarding my daughters results. Been waiting for weeks and never to get any follow up whilst paying a hefty bill. I have to call back to get any type of communication which is baffling to me for a private clinic."

"We had a very disappointing experience with this pediatrician. Doctor Paul Joshua only spent two minutes with us in the hospital despite our many questions and concerns as new parents. It felt like he was rushing through the appointment and didn't show any interest in our concerns and we couldn't ask any questions. As a result, we left feeling unheard and neglected. I believe that all patients, especially newborns and their families, deserve to be treated with care and respect, but unfortunately, we did not receive this level of care from this doctor. I would not recommend this practice to other new parents looking for attentive and thorough medical care for their newborns."

"Did not position fees, we had no idea we would be billed $730.00 for him coming in and seeing our daughter in the hospital after birth for 4 minutes. His manner and demeanor were pretty average also. I would not be recommending this Dr if you're looking for a friendly, helpful and transparent pediatrician."

"Had a booking for over a week. Booking was for today. Get a phone call this morning that they have not received a covid test from us. After zero mention of having to supply a covid test when making the booking and then no phone call in between our booking to even suggest a covid test this is absolutely disgusting. So because of your staff's incompetence we have to push our appointments back? What an absolute joke if this is how you run your business. When its your fault you don't turn around and be rude to the customer."
