"Can’t complain about the service…there is none! Walked in to check the new store out today and see if they had vests…felt like I was intruding. I stood in the middle of the store and was ignored by staff…particularly by an older lady who was folding garments at the front of the store. I made it very obvious that I was looking for help! "7th March 2023 Mid morning , I went into the new store in Camberwell to look at some things I had seen online. The store wasn’t particularly busy but it was the lady with red hair who was diligently putting things away and organising stock who stopped what she was doing and greeted me with a smile, asking if she could be of help. So refreshing! She went out of her way to try to find what I was looking for, which wasn’t in the store and gave me some other things to try on for size, offering to get things in for me. She was extremely polite and very helpful, even though I didn’t purchase anything at the time, I felt welcome. Really appreciate a mature staff member who is interested in customer service, well mannered and professional, not standing around disinterested and talking to other staff."
