I have not had a single negative experience with an educator or manager. They are always working to make the centre enjoyable for the kids and communicate with parents regularly. My daughter transitioned effortlessly and always has a big smile on her face. Thank you to all the staff!!"

"I couldn't be happier my son's attendance was terminated. He started to not like entering the centre. Elise is the face of the centre who is rather dry, I dont think I've ever seen her crack a smile, And Tegan who is the face behind the computer who you will very rarely see unless she wants to try and intimidate you. Tegan claimed my daughter (who was meant to commence care in their centre, thank God she didnt go for a single day) has "medical episodes" with not supporting documentation from any Medical practitioner. My daughter has a speech and developmental delay (undiagnosed as she isnt even 2) she definitely does not have medical episodes. They are full of lies and fabrication. I would not accept anyone who is not qualified to say this about my beautiful girl. I stood my grounds and Tegan didn't like it and because I refuse to stay quiet about this infront of parents they terminated my son. Thank you so much Tegan! My children are both in other centres and settled in so well. My son has excelled with in just a couple of weeks at his new centre. He is writing his first and last name. He didnt even know the first letter of his name at puzzlez. My children's new centre's are perfect for them and I couldn't be happier. Elise also tried to with hold my bond for not returning a swipe key, when I asked for any documentation to support that I have signed off that this is part of the terms and conditions, they failed to provide it to me. Tegan couldn't handle the fact that I would not allow her to treat my daughter any different to any other child. If you voice your opinion to her she will argue with you, not have a civil conversation and her sarcasm is appalling. How dare she claim my daughter has "medical episodes" when she has never even met my daughter nor had any of the educator's. I actually have a letter from my peadtrician clearly stating she does not have "medical episodes" he was furious that she said that along with many other support workers, who had all written that childcare would benefit my daughter. I am disgusted by this centres Management and treatment. Find your children a centre that is loving and nurturing if thats what you want for your child, because after both my children now attending other centre's, it really opened my eyes to the type of people that run and work in this centre. They aren't looking out for the best interests of your children. Its all about the dollar. The centre might look new and appealing to the eye. But they are not supportive, have no empathy, fabricate lies and dont genuinely care about the children. Id actually be surprised if even one of the educators are mothers. Please find yourself another centre. They really hurt my children and myself towards the end. And it showed my son was just abother number. Their new centres are soooooo different. My heart feels so content that my children are out of there and are happy and welcomed elsewhere. The only good Manager there was Megan, beaides her that place is rubbish. Tegan is an actual bully and even her minion educators are fake! I will stand my grounds and not accept someone who is not quilified to diagnose my child with something they don't even have. I told Tegan multiple times, my emails were ignored, and when i stood by my CHILDREN little miss Tegan and minions couldnt hack it. She is a power tripper and God forbid you defend what is right. I stand proudly for doing what is best for my children's intrest and will not tolerate manipulation and exclusion for any child not just my own. I highly doubt these people are mothers. This is all going to be reported to the Department of Education with all my supporting documentation. Once agains, consider other care for children. Best thng that could have happened was my children not attending that centre. So much better has come our way since leaving."

"My 2 little ones have been attending Puzzlez for almost 18 months. We are lucky to have been at such a supportive and understanding centre throughout Covid. The team have nurtured the kids and allowed them to adjust to the new way of live without creating fear or discomfort. The professionalism but kindness of the employees including the Director never goes unnoticed. I dread the day my kids are grown up and we no longer play a role at the Puzzlez Family!"
