Received the MOST AMAZING service from Elly. She was so professional and made me feel super comfortable. Elly worked with me trying a few things on and helped me find a gorgeous pair of tailored pants that fit my body shape perfectly. "I really love Kookai, but this shop on Chapel Street do not really have accurate opening hour. It shows on Google map that the shop opens at 10am on Sunday, but they will not pick up your phone until 11AM. They might pick up your phone during that one hour, but they will hang off your call immediately without saying “Hi”. You can experience some interesting service from this shop. Please do not get me wrong, most of Kookai shops are amazing with excellent services. I am just disappointed with the chapel street one."
