We cater to individuals of all ages, and our definition of "young" extends to anyone under 25. So, if you remember the days of dial-up internet, you can rest assured that we've got you covered.
One of the many advantages of choosing ROLLiN' Insurance is the flexibility to have up to 10 cars and 10 drivers listed under one policy, as long as they meet our underwriting criteria. With one account and one login, managing your insurance becomes a breeze, leaving you with one less thing to worry about.

When it comes to claims, we strive to make the process as straightforward as possible. For drivers listed on the policy, the excess is set at $800, while unlisted drivers have an excess of $3,000. The best part? You'll only be charged once per claim.
We understand that life doesn't stop when your car needs repairs. If your vehicle is in the shop due to a covered incident, we'll assist you in funding any replacement transportation you require, up to $80 per day for a maximum of 21 days, regardless of fault. "Dear Rollin Insurance, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the way my recent accident claim has been handled by your company. The experience has been nothing short of stressful and exasperating, causing me a great deal of emotional distress. From the moment I reported the accident to the final resolution, the entire process has been marred by a lack of clear communication, delays, and a seeming disregard for the impact these incidents can have on individuals. As a policyholder who had placed trust in your company's services, I am appalled by the way I have been treated. The emotional toll this ordeal has taken on me is immeasurable. I have spent countless hours navigating confusing procedures, waiting for responses that never came, and struggling to get even the most basic information about the status of my claim. At a time when I needed support and understanding, your company's actions have only added to my stress. I cannot overstate how important it is for insurance companies to provide timely and compassionate assistance, especially when their customers are dealing with traumatic events like accidents. The way this situation has been handled reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer service and integrity. I sincerely hope that my negative experience serves as an opportunity for your company to reevaluate its procedures and prioritize the well-being of its customers. It is my hope that others will not have to endure the same emotional turmoil that I have faced due to the mishandling of my claim. While I understand that writing this review may not change the outcome of my own situation, I feel compelled to share my experience with others who might be considering your services. I hope that this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements in the way your company deals with its customers' needs. Sincerely, Deniz Aslan"
"Experienced a quick and easy claim with Rollin in a recent affair. They are among a reasonable price for vehicle insurance companies. Good to consider proceeding the 2nd term with them."
"Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Recently wrote my car off and these guys were absolute angels to deal with. Whole process was really fast, everyone I spoke to was lovely. Legends!"
"Have two car policies with Rollin’ Insurance. Communication is timely, staff are friendly via email & phone. Recently submitted a stress free windscreen claim. Windscreen was replaced within 48 hours of the claim being approved, at no cost to me. Highly recommend!"
"As I sit here on hold for the 25th minute, simply calling to ask how I organise the rental car I'm entitled to, on a claim already made, I ponder all the challenges I've had till this point: - Called and made a claim. - Received a call from a repair centre that made an appointment to assess the car. - Arrived at the repair centre, had the car assessed and was then told the repair centre can't fix the car, so I was referred to another repair centre. - Received a call from the second repair centre, was told the first repair centre's assessment was invalid and that I had to take it in to them, again for an assessment, on the opposite side of the city. - Received a call back several weeks later, asking me to book in for a further few weeks away. I asked the repair centre whether they were organising the rental car I'm entitled to, they told me they don't know anything about it and to get back in touch with my insurance company or the original repair centre - they weren't sure which. - I called Rollin', sat on hold for 10 minutes before speaking to someone. That someone has then put my on hold for a further 12 minutes while they reviewed my policy to see whether I'm entitled to a hire car. I'm now again sitting on hold while that person works out what happens next. Needless to say, I will be changing insurance companies after this experience."
