"The staff don’t even acknowledge you and act like you don’t exist, not even friendly and they look at you and don’t even say a thing. Talk about customer service? I then asked the worker if there were any other coats that were the same in a different colour. She pointed at one that was no where near the same and had no clue what she was talking about. Lost for words I got fed up and left. Worst store experience."
"RUDE STAFF! After we checked what time the shop would be closing we turned up 1 hr before close time and was asked if we would like help from a lovely staff member. We then had another very rude one tell us they were closing early now and it was out of their hands and we couldn’t try anything on even though my friend was spending a large amount of money. We certainly had time to try things on but it was care factor zero. Shame they missed out on a huge sale!"
