About the Business
Welcome to Kingswim Dingley, a premier indoor swimming facility located inside the Goodlife Health Club building in Dingley Village, Australia. As a co-located site, our change rooms are shared, offering convenience and accessibility for our valued members.
At Kingswim Dingley, we have a team of dedicated and passionate instructors who are committed to helping children learn to swim. Naomi, a member of our team since 2017, is a vibrant and industrious individual who takes great joy in witnessing children and young people progress and develop new swimming skills. When she's not at Kingswim, Naomi enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active, reading, and exploring new places both in Australia and overseas.
Joining Naomi is Samuel, who joined the Kingswim team in 2023. Having been an avid swimmer in his youth, Samuel swam at a competitive level and now finds fulfillment in sharing his knowledge and helping others learn new swimming techniques. Samuel is known for his passion, energy, hardworking nature, and approachability. During his free time, he loves playing basketball, catching up with friends, and enjoying the beach.
At Kingswim Dingley, we strive to make learning to swim a simpler and more enjoyable experience for the entire family. Our swimming programs are tailored to each child's ability in the water, starting from as early as 12 weeks old and progressing all the way to squad level swimmers. Whether your child is ready to learn without parental assistance, refine their existing skills, or become a swimming expert, we have the perfect swimming lessons for them.
We highly recommend regular weekly lessons, as consistent practice plays a vital role in achieving swimming proficiency. To make the learning process even more convenient, we provide a free start-up kit that includes a membership card for easy check-in and a complimentary pair of Kingswim branded bathers, suitable for whichever part of Australia you're from.
At Kingswim Dingley, we understand the importance of family involvement and safety. Therefore, we require all parents to be present during their child's learn-to-swim lessons. This not only ensures the well-being of your child but also allows you to witness their progress firsthand.
Don't just take our word for it - hear from our satisfied customers! One parent shared their amazing experience during their first bub swim session, expressing their delight in seeing their child become more comfortable and confident in the water. Another parent praised our Baby Play lessons for giving their young baby the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the pool environment. We take pride in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for families, unlike other pools that may make it challenging for those with young children.
In addition to our exceptional facilities and dedicated instructors, Kingswim Dingley also acknowledges and respects the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia. We honor their ongoing connection to the land, sea, and community, paying our respects to elders past, present, and future.
Join us at Kingswim Dingley and embark on a journey of swimming excellence for your child. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced swimmer, our programs cater to all skill levels. Contact us today to start your swimming adventure with Kingswim Dingley, where learning to swim is made enjoyable and accessible for the whole family.

"5 stars for some of the instructors 1 start for the others - class cancelled 3 out of 4 weeks - 15 minutes before starting due to instructor being ill (definitely not hungover) 1 star for the admin staff at head office - rude, not flexible and just all round horrible to deal with"
"On the 27th February 2023, our son (aged 9) was attending his regular swimming lesson at the KingSwim facility located in Dingley Victoria. Our family has been part of KingSwim Dingley for over 10 years now. Upon completion of his lesson (and as usual), our son proceeded to the open showers next to the pool to wash off. During his shower, he tried to adjust the shower head to point downwards onto himself. At this point, the shower head fell off the wall, landed on his left foot and onto his big toe. This caused a significant injury to the area of which the local team responded. The local Dingley staff provided first aid and gave our son Gatorade, due to the massive blood loss experienced from the injury. Our son then required hospital admission, which resulted in three stitches and further treatment for infection to the direct area. We were advised by the local KingSwim team, that the coming lessons our son could not attend were to be credited (we have been charged for all lessons), an incident report would be emailed to us directly and that head office and a safety officer were to contact us. Other than an initial phone call to check on our son, this never happened. We have had to chase them continuously which has resulted in numerous hours on the phone having to explain the situation to various customer service representatives of KingSwim, who continue to advise us that management is busy and that they will contact us. Our current issue is the lack of communication between KingSwim and our family and their refusal to offer us the incident report, due to it being “their IP.” This issue has gone on for weeks with two area managers, an executive manager and customer service reps amongst others being contacted by us, yet nothing in return or the default "we cannot share this as it is our IP". Apparently, everyone is in meetings and extremely busy and unable to explain why they cannot provide at the very least a first aid report and a reason as to why we have been charged for the lessons our son has not attended due to his injury. This message serves as a warning to others attending KingSwim, that in the unlikely event you are injured on their premises, that you could potentially expect complete silence or your concerns dismissed from the local facility and head office."
"Great experience for a first time visit for a baby play session. Greeted and informed by reception staff very well. Instructor was fantastic with babies (and parents). It was a fun and confidence boosting activity."
"Love the teachers and the programs, the administration staff though as so unhelpful!!! The fee schedule is so confusing and we were refused entry to our swimming class because of unpaid fees that the centre manager told us she would look into, she never got back to us and we were turned away again but the next months fees were taken out. So they took money out, but my kids could not go but no communication was given to us either. The girls at the reception are exceptionally rude as well."
