"My 9 year old and 4 year old were enrolled in another local swim school group lessons. They were coming along slowly. My son really didn't like water in his eyes and so kept stopping through his lesson. We decided to the aquatic survival school here for both my kids - I actually cannot believe how much they progressed in such a short space of time. We have now dropped the other lessons and do this only - they are now very confident in the water. This can be a bit full on at first, so won't be for everyone. If you want to keep your kids water safe though you won't go far wrong. Highly recommended"

"Our 2 year old son developed a massive rejection to going into pools and baths after the Covid lockdown last year. He had no previous trauma around water and we have no idea what triggered it. While he loved playing with water, it seemed to be getting worse with him wanting to go in water. We decided to enroll him in the KASS survival program to give him some confidence around water in the hands of highly trained instructors without the additional emotional stress of a parent being in the water with them. Each lesson is only 10 minutes and you may think, "how much can they learn in 10 minutes?" , it turns out they can learn a lot. Our son (who was a screaming banshee at the mere sight of a pool) was swimming to the edge of the pool after the 7 minute mark of his first lesson. It truly is something to be seen to be believed. And in case you were wondering, he wasn't traumatised whatsoever - each lesson he left calmly after high fiving his teacher and no blood curdling screaming to avoid going swimming the next day. While KASS advises that the survival program is completed in up to 8 weeks, I'm so proud to say that our son just graduated his program after almost 5 weeks, with his final lesson having him flipped in the water in full Winter clothing and him turning to float without any hesitation. It was something I never thought I would see in such a short amount of time. The teachers are all highly trained (we got to experience each of them and they are all incredible) and at no point were we worried that our son was in danger or unsupervised. Their one on one teaching methods truly pay off for fast and personalised results. Our 6 year old daughter had attended another swim school where she was in a group learning program and we watched her skills start to stagnate. Within 3 weeks of lessons at KASS with a teacher who is looking at her skills (not just ticking a to do checklist) and providing her with helpful feedback, she has excelled considerably. What KASS has done to change our son's life around water is absolutely immeasurable. It's a daily commitment for a few weeks with an exceptionally rewarding outcome. "Ana and her team are highly skilled, professional and knowledgeable. My 18 month old son had been attending traditional swimming lessons for a year and he wasn't able to learn the most important safety skill of floating but Ana and her team taught my son to float in only 3 weeks! "I enrolled my 5yr old son who still had so much fear in the water and no progress after trying other different swim schools over the years. The teachers at KASS are incredible, so gentle and patient and encouraging and make each lesson fun. My son warmed up to all the teachers there straight away.
