"I have one son who needs extra care to support his needs since 2020. Bardia explores team are amazing! They keep an eye to my son and very patient to him during his studies at the centre. The carer always be there to listen and gives you daily update/progress about your loved ones. I am so happy with all the admin support as well, especially during his transition to kindy by providing documents needed by primary school. Sam was so amazing and helpful a lot! Can’t thank her enough and all the team in Bardia Explores. Keep up the good work!! X"
"My little one enjoys going to school at explorers. She absolutely loves the big outdoor area and play equipment. She loves the educators"
"I've had 2 kids, soon to be 3, attending explorer's for the past almost 2 years, and can honestly say it was a breath of fresh air for us. We had changed centres from another local one (starts with I, ending in E, if you must know) that we were so unhappy with, after feeling as though our son was deprived of a lot of stimulation in their tiny, fake grass play areas. We often saw him and other children quietly sitting individually when pick up time arrived which broke our hearts (they looked miserable). Explorer's learning academy was/is the complete opposite for us. Huge yard - amazing for kids to be outside exploring, running around and testing their own abilities. The educators are honestly beautiful, and all so lovely. Special credit to Sam who really brought my son out of his shell! I noticed a big change in him as soon as he started at explorer's. He made friends, brought home art and craft "masterpieces", brought home a lot more sand, dirt, bark and grass (means he had fun!), but also came home happily telling me about his day! I wholeheartedly believe that Explorer's assisted in his transition to kindy greatly, and I'm so relieved and glad that we made the decision to move them to this centre. Our family appreciate the girls at Explorer's so much, and while there have been some staff that have left (as would all other centres) my kids have taken no time in adjusting to a new educator here and there, nor has it affected their happiness and eagerness to attend. My daughter's favourite tends to rotate between many educators, which tells me she's fond of more than just a few of the girls. Shout out to Kasey, Simone and Cristina for loving on my sensitive princess of a baby girl and making her ease into the centre without an issue in the beginning. I'm confident that when Baby #3 is ready to start, he will be well looked after and adored also!"
"I have had 3 children attend this centre since it opened & currently still have 1 child attending. This centre is managed to highest standards & has amazing staff that go above & beyond for all of the children in their care. The app they use for communication is easy to use & the staff keep me updated on my child each day. Always lots of photos as well which is lovely to have & see what activities the children are doing. The food is diverse & of the highest quality because the cook Bec is amazing & loves cooking for the kids. They also have massive outdoor areas that are separated for the different ages of the children with age appropriate play equipment for all of the children. They also have a wonderful vegetable garden that the children help plant & maintain & these also get used in the meals. I have watched this centre continuously add to their resources for learning & the outdoor play equipment is a credit to the owner who has built wonderful outdoor spaces for the different aged children with a large train for the younger children & a large cubby house & massive sandpit & so many gardens & large trees for shade. I highly recommend this well run centre for any aged child as they cater for all of the children’s needs. Thanks Lindsay, Rachel & staff for everything you do for the children & their families at the highest level of care."
"Lack of learning activity and communications with parents. They have a good app Xplor but rarely upload activities keeping the parents in dark regarding learning outcome. Though the educators seem to be hard working, the management is not good. Keeping 1.5 yrs child outdoor for long time in cold winds cannot be a sensible thing. They do not have reliever / casual to fulfill the ratio, as sometimes they request parents to not send their kids to the center! Though they deduct the gap fee, but this is a sign of sheer poor management. If the owners see my review, please talk to the parents, not center manager or general manager."
