About the Business
Welcome to Rangebank Primary School, a diverse and dynamic institution located at 36 Lesdon Avenue in Cranbourne, Australia. As a primary school, we are committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
At Rangebank, we prioritize student wellbeing and have a dedicated teaching staff who are passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning experience for every child. We believe that a happy and supported student is a successful student, and we work tirelessly to ensure that each child feels valued and supported throughout their educational journey.
As an institution, we also recognize and acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet. We pay our respects to the Elders past, present, and emerging, as they hold the memories, traditions, and culture of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across the nation. We strive to incorporate Indigenous perspectives into our curriculum and promote cultural understanding and respect among our students.
We are proud to participate in the CSEF (Camp, Sports and Excursions Fund), which is funding provided by the Department of Education to support families who meet the eligibility criteria. This ensures that all students have equal opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities and educational experiences outside of the classroom.
At Rangebank, we believe in fostering a sense of pride and belonging among our students. Therefore, school uniform is compulsory, as it provides a visual representation of our school community and encourages a sense of unity and identity.
In addition to our academic curriculum, we also offer various extracurricular activities and events to enrich the learning experience of our students. One of our highlights is the Grade 6 movie production, which showcases the creativity and teamwork of our students, with a little assistance from Grade 5. It's a wonderful opportunity for our students to showcase their talents and celebrate their achievements.

"okay so, first when I went to this school my grades were so bad I didn’t learn anything I was bad at school and I was terrible and all that, but when I moved to high school I got all A’s so why tell me why I did I get bad grades in rangebank huh? It’s because of their bad education system make it better! What I recommend is for them to learn about the basic’s division, plus, multiplication and subtraction and make sure they actually understand it."
"Highly recommend for foundation level. I was not sure about school before the enrolment, by the time of second term I am super impressed. My little ones academics is highly upgraded and the teachers are well understood about her behaviour. Her books are really neat,,, well organised, and she is enjoying every activity. Big thank you to teachers and all the school team."
"Like most public schools in this area, you get the good and the bad. Yes. This school like others, need improvements but Im personally glad that his bad behaviour has lowered, work ethics are better and is learning to have a healthy multi cultural respect for others. As a parent that is happening. I believe that the school should stop spending monies on trivial things and upgrade the schools classes, clear class signs and seek out good teachers/aides to help students with their learning more. This school has so much potential but needs to be parent/student friendly and government funding to help this school, to excell. Key: Practice what you preach.*"
"On Monday the 10th of September at 7:00pm I went to see my cousin and friends (Ryan Elliott and Tyler K) in their play I thought it was really good I especially liked the guy who played the janitor lady that was really hilarious LOL :D I really hope that the school does something like that again :D"
