"I was in the store at werribee on black Friday and there was a girl with a 7ijab named malak that made me look forward to going back to the store because of how nice she was all though the store was super busy that night but she made sure I found what I wanted which felt honestly so nice. "I don't usually leave reviews on retail stores, because who honestly has the time? But the service experience at this particular Factorie store was genuinely exceptional. Staff members, if I recall correctly, Tai and Stef went up and beyond your typical expectations to make sure I got what I need in a swift and efficient manner. If it's anyone you need to see when you head into that store, it's either of these girl. Kudos to them."
"If I could put zero stars I would, we purchased a pair of jeans at 4.29pm and they were the wrong size to go back to the shop at 5.25pm to be advised sorry we are closed even though the website states they close at 6pm. I requested we swap the Jean's and put it through the system the next day, the Manager Oliver said it was illegal. Only thing they could offer was a sorry and you can change in Sydney, not good enough in this day and age."
