"I wished I’d read the reviews before ordering parts from Rhys. 2months ago I ordered a clutch and he said it would take 2 weeks. Fast forward 3months later, still no clutch, Rhys has sent incorrect tracking numbers to me and won’t take calls. Has now been reported to ACCC and Mastercard."
"Ordered a EGR Delete kit from them, didn’t have confirmation email in regards to shipping. Called no response, called a week later they answered claimed it had been shipped and would arrive following week. They said call back and will send another one if it doesn’t show. Never received the kit and haven’t heard back from my call nor my my email. I suggest not to buy from these people and sauce product elsewhere. Unless I hear from them then I’m sure my review may change."
"Stay away from this poor excuse of a company at all costs!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY. I wish I had of read the reviews before wasting my hard earned money with Rhys. Majority of the items on the website aren’t readily available and have long lead times. Weeks and months will pass and you won’t hear a thing. You will not get a shipping confirmation email. You have to constantly ring the store just to speak to anyone. 3/4 of the time the phone goes to voicemail and you won’t get called back. On the rare chance that Rhys answers the phone he pretends he’s under a car covered in oil or in the middle of something super important and can’t chat for long. After weeks of calling up asking when my product would be shipped, he mentioned it was shipped the previous week. However no shipping email or tracking was provided. During our phone conversation, he provided me a fake Australia Post tracking number which was only created/generated whilst we were on the phone chatting. Months later the tracking hasn’t even been dropped off by the sender “aka rhys” which proves the fake tracking number that he generated so he could pretend it had been shipped. This company needs to be shut down permanently because rhys is making a living off scamming hardworking Australians. I hope the federal police coming knocking."
"Rhys quoted and accepted payment, then never replied to emails. Occasionally he answered the phone and always had a reason why I hadn't received the order. After 3 months of waiting things just didn't add up and I came here to find other reviews from customers with the exact same experience. At this point I lodged a dispute and got my money back via payment protection. Just save yourself the drama and go somewhere else. You will not get your parts from this company."
"Tldr: my products arrived in good time, but things seemed fishy along the way. I purchased before reading the reviews and then was very worried. I was eager to purchase some braided brake lines for my mx5 and came across this website, they were 30-50$ cheaper than elsewhere so I purchased them. I purchased using zip pay and got a confirmation from zip but no confirmation from wolf, which I thought was odd. I immediately sent an email to confirm that it was processed correctly. The following day I had a missed call from wolf racing products and by the time I had a chance to call them back they were already closed. That night I decided to look at the reviews of the website and became very worried after seeing all the 1 star reviews! The next morning I got back in contact with wolf and they assured me my parts were there, I could even hear him rustling through packages selecting mine. I was told that it would be packaged, shipped by 3pm and tracking number sent to me. Later that day there was no tracking so I sent an email asking for it. I was then told that my product was sold to someone else and that mine would be ordered from the supplier in qld, as I lived near by. This seemed like a bit of a red flag after reading all the bad reviews. I did a bit of PI work, digging around and figured out I knew who the supplier was. I called the supplier and at that point in time there was no order coming from them, even though I was told it was already shipped. I kept this information to myself and again asked politely if I could have the tracking number and was again told it had been shipped and waiting for tracking number. I began drafting an email, thinking I had been conned like what I've read about in the reviews, but decided to sleep on it. The next morning I again contacted the supplier and this time I was told an order had been placed and they were processing and getting ready to ship. Good news finally but still different to what I have been told the last two days. Anyway the products ended up arriving in a good time frame. But there were interactions that seemed fishy along the way. I'm not sure if I'm just being paranoid after the bad reviews, but I did get my products in good time and for a good price...would I risk shopping there again? Photo of my brake lines for attention."
