I needed to exchange a jacket that was almost sold out Australia wide, and she kindly held it for me to collect the following day. I also needed to exchange another beautiful jacket that could only be found online, and Michelle has organised an exchange to come into the store for me to collect. I'm a first-time customer of Portmans, and the timeless pieces I purchased are of such beautiful quality with stunning fits (I found Portmans sizes do run small though in comparison to Seed and Decjuba so size up if you're unsure).
