"Took my new ranger in for a brake issue. Was called and told it was a rock. Despite my misgivings because I didn’t believe this was the issue I caught an Uber there to pick up, wasn’t even out of the driveway before it was obvious that it wasn’t repaired. Took it back, caught and Uber home, now $55 poorer and no repaired car. Called the next day, it’s fixed, picked up, no noise, that’s good…….but wait, two days later, the same noise is back. Yet to be resolved for a third time. Clearly they are way to busy to be thorough. They were booked out two weeks in advance when I first tried to get it looked at."
"Big waist of time my brand new ranger has been in there 3 times to have the breaks fixed they keep coming up with quick fix solution that last 1-2 days , They have repeatedly lied about the works the are doing , dropping the car off for hours to then find out they didn't put parts in that they made me wait for , The whole factory is joke don't waist your time at this service center!"
