Northern Beaches Walk and Talk Therapy is a reputable institution located in the beautiful Bayview area of Australia. As a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), I have extensive experience and expertise in helping adults overcome a wide range of issues and difficulties.

With a Bachelor of Health Sciences/Master of Rehabilitation Counselling from the University of Sydney and a Master of Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy from Jansen Newman Institute, I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide effective therapy. I have worked with clients dealing with bereavement, depression, anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, negative childhood experiences, relationship and sexual issues, work-related problems, and substance misuse.
