"FRF Couriers delivered some items to tenant at my investment propery and they damaged the roof. I got a tradie to fix it up temporarily as the roof was exposed and fix it up later. Even though the invoice was for mere $300 dollars, the management very difficult to deal with. They were asking documents and information one after the other. I was really irritated with behaviour as they caused grief and trouble for me and not paying for the repairs. They payed the money in the end."
