"Really disappointed experience. The girl promise me will do dilivery for me at next day 5pm and that was the only day I finish my work early. I was wait at home for delivery and they wasted my time. They didn't make it and without inform me. Really upset about the SF Express."

"WARNING TO ALL AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS OWNERS: this is by far the worst courier company I have ever seen and dealt with in my entire life. My items have been on board for delivery for four days now and I have tried to call the customer service line 5 times and they keep sending me to voicemail even though it is within business hours. Last week they assured me that the package Will be delivered the same day they said that. This is unacceptable, I cannot believe we have even heard of a company that shows the item is on board for delivery for four days what is the Courier doing? I am warning every Australian business, do not use this company under any circumstance. My supplier assured me that this company is good. And I wanted to use DHL initially. But as it turns out and as shown on this one star reviews this this company is absolutely unreliable. The delay in my shipment, has caused me to process $900 worth of refunds. If I could give this company zero stars I would but Google only allows me to give one star. Trust me do not use this company under any circumstance otherwise you will pay the price. I thought these one star reviews were over done or exaggerated. But it turns out they are 100% legitimate, if you use this company you will get headaches, my address is only 15 minutes away from Burwood and they still haven’t delivered it. Being shocked right now is honestly an understatement, do not use them otherwise you will pay the price."

"Tell you that they are delivering - Did not deliver and you wasted the whole day waiting. Their excuse? "As the receiver address is far away from our service point, additional working days are needed for delivery. Please wait in patience." I live in the Sydney city area. Don't bother trying to rearrange it online as well, as their "Free appointment for door-to-door pickup" tab does not lead you to rescheduling the shipment either."

"I've tried to call 5 times at least. Every. Single. Time. I put in the tracking ID - which you need to do fast or it won't accept - and still it says the line is busy. Is anyone even on the phones? I just want to get my package please. Edit: Finally got in contact but they won't redeliver so going to have to find a way to get to the opposite side of Melbourne. I added one more star because the person on the phone sounded like they were really trying to help."

"Wasted a total of 2 hours on the phone and 8 hours of waiting for non-delivery. The app is useless - robot repeats the same welcome line and does not respond to your inquiry. Does not notify you prior to delivery to confirm availability or after failure to deliver. Have to manually follow up via their customer service contact number, which most of the time is not answered. The issue with this delivery: 1. they delivered to the wrong address 2. 2nd attempt to deliver after I called up was not prearranged/confirmed and came at a time when I was not home. did not try to contact me even though I left my phone number 3. I called to arrange delivery for today and they did not show up and I cannot reach customer service via their phone number anymore."
