"I called them today to check for waiting list status and they said we are fully book. Than i said i am not for new registration i need to check for waiting list status. She asked me to hold and said will check with my director. In few mins she said we still have name in waiting list, i said you have not asked my name even how do you know and than she disconnected. Guys please give a proper respond. Child care should show responsible behavior, i understand you don't need more kids but you can't behave like this with new parents."
