They have been married for 26 years and have two daughters. Their oldest daughter is studying Architecture & Environmental Sustainability, while their youngest aspires to be a Vet.

After moving to England in 1996, Dr. Angelopoulos specialized as an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and then made the move to the Central Coast in 2012, where he started his work at Gosford Hospital.

Born in South Africa, Dr. Angelopoulos graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 1993. He completed his specialty training on the Oxford Training Programme in the UK, with advanced training in benign abdominal, vaginal, and laparoscopic surgery. Now settled on the Central Coast, Dr. Angelopoulos shares his extensive knowledge as a Conjoint Lecturer with the University of Newcastle, and serves as an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist across both the public and private hospital sectors.

Dr. Angelopoulos currently consults in his private room at KidsPoint Mingara, a specialist clinic in Gosford, and also performs gynaecological surgery at both Gosford Private Hospital and Tuggerah Lakes Private Hospital.

Passionate about providing quality, holistic, and woman-centered care, Dr. Angelopoulos is committed to empowering women to actively engage in their health and wellbeing.

In terms of qualifications, Dr. Angelopoulos holds an M.B. Ch. B degree from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa, as well as an M.R.C.O.G. from the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in London, UK. He has also received advanced training in benign abdominal, vaginal, and laparoscopic surgery from Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in Melbourne, Australia.
