"Best transport refrigeration specialist in Sydney. They serviced my first refrigerated Transit van, purchased in Melbourne, and the fridge ran flawlessly for 600,000 km. They built my second refrigerated Transit van, and again the fridge ran flawlessly for 600,000 km, when it was sold on. I now operate a small Isuzu truck (not a Poseidon creation) which had put me through two weeks of misery trying to get it fixed by the people who built it. Poseidon fixed it in less than two hours, including fetching and fitting the required parts. My fridge is now running perfectly. Can't recommend highly enough."
"I was very disappointed with their service, Sean is very friendly at first and will tell you pretty much everything you want to hear so you can place a deposit so they can order the parts for the service requested by you. However, once the deposit is done you learn very quickly that the 3 to 4 weeks period to get your vehicle ready will be much longer. In my case it took almost 2 months to find out that due the year of my vehicle it wouldn’t be able to fit the refrigeration. Mind you, after that I contacted many other companies and they said right away that it’s not possible to fit, so to me he is either not well experienced or he did it just to get some cash flow. Anyway… it took almost 3 months to get refunded, I had to get Fair Trading involved in order to get refunded. During the time I was requesting my money back, Sean always said “it will be done today” which never happened, obviously. So, please STAY AWAY FROM POSEIDON!!"
