At Parkmore Preschool, we understand the importance of embracing the journey of the early years. Our kindergarten program focuses on providing children with life skills through challenge, independence, and learning through community while having fun!

We value our relationships with families and children, and strive to create a respectful center that appreciates the diversity of our community. As a funded kindergarten program, we proudly display the Kinder tick, giving families confidence in our program.

Our commitment to the community is evident through our close connections with local schools and regular excursions to discover the local area. These experiences help children develop a deeper understanding of the world around them. Additionally, we actively promote healthy eating, oral hygiene, and sun smart awareness through regular incursions with the Community Health team.

With multiple play spaces both indoors and outdoors, our preschool provides ample room for children to move and explore. Our rich learning environment supports social, emotional, cognitive, physical, technological, and creative learning.

To keep families involved, we utilize Storypark, a platform that connects educators with families. Through this platform, we can share news, service updates, progress, and exciting moments from kinder to home.

To streamline the registration process, Parkmore Preschool's registration is managed centrally by the Whitehorse Preschool Association (WPSA). Our Y Kinders' enrolment team is available to provide information and support for any queries regarding your child's enrolment.

We offer both 4-year-old and 3-year-old free kindergarten programs as a single mixed group. We understand that starting kindergarten is a significant step for both your child and your family. From choosing and visiting a service to enrolling, orientation, and the important first day, we are here to support you every step of the way.
