"First impressions last. The first point of contact when I walked through the door was unhelpful and surprisingly rude, I was quite taken back. Instantly I regretted my choice to enter the business and in due course decided to forgo my required purchases. I am aware there are nationwide staffing issues although I believe this staff member may be more suited to work that does not let him engage with front of house duties."
"Go to this super cheap cause it’s close to home. The manager of this store is pretty rude had encountered him twice first about some colour matching paint. To which said he was rude asking me to only take one can as he won’t entertain returns even if the cans won’t be used. This was the First time I tried to return something at SCA cause the product isn’t performing as it’s supposed to the the staff member sort of spoke to me in a way which implied I used the product and as I was done I am returning the remaining product saying it’s faulty. He was rude and starts arguing how he won’t take it back and if he sees me again he has to right to say no to any returns I wanna make….. he in the end processes the return and refund but you can tell he wasn’t happy with it. These guys had some lovely staff couple years ago."
