I left without a diagnosis or any recommendations for next steps. I even had to request lab work and scans myself. Weeks passed without any follow-ups after my lab work, and when I reached out for my test results, the only response I received was an insistence to book another appointment. Even though I had a scan three weeks ago, I still don't know the findings. The situation was made worse by Monica Scott, the unhelpful and rude front office gatekeeper. She acted as if she ran the entire show and refused to listen to my questions on the phone, hanging up on both me and my husband. I regret not checking reviews before seeing Sophie Lynch. Other reviewers have expressed similar complaints about her apparent incompetence or lack of care for patients. Her approach has caused unnecessary delays and frustration, with patients spending hundreds of dollars and receiving nothing in return. My experience was a complete waste of time."
"My wife has been a patient of Dr Lynch. The reviews are accurate. Seeing her is a waste of time and money, but mostly it puts you at medical risk of missing out on an accurate diagnosis because the doctor appears clueless, and rarely attends the office. Her receptionist is equally or even more useless, and horribly rude and arrogant, acting like she's running the entire hospital. She will hang up on you if ask for assistance."
