"I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had as an employee working in the childcare centre at YMCA. I can confidently say that in all my years of working in the childcare industry, YMCA has been one of the best places I have ever worked. Working at YMCA childcare centre was not only an amazing experience for me but also for the children I cared for. I was constantly impressed with the high level of care, professionalism, and dedication that was demonstrated by the entire team. As a result, the children were always happy, engaged and thriving in a safe and nurturing environment. The facilities at YMCA were exceptional, and provided children with the opportunity to explore, learn and play in a clean and stimulating environment. The various activities that were available to the children, including music, movement, arts and crafts, and outdoor play, were always well-organized, age-appropriate, and meticulously planned. I am thankful to be part of an amazing team and grateful for the amazing opportunities and experiences provided through YMCA's childcare centre. "YMCA Mernda has been a second house for both my kids. The staff here is one one of the biggest strengths in this centre. They are friendly, kind, helping, supportive and enthusiastic. My elder child has started school this year but she still misses her Kinder time at YMCA. The whole structure, including flexible channels of communication, easy enrolment process and great manager all together makes this centre a happy and lively place to stay. Highly recommend my friends and family to YMCA Mernda."
