"My girls absolutely love going to “kinder” (daycare) 3 days a week and constantly ask me when they can go back! They are obsessed with their educators, come home in routine and happy (they sleep best on the nights after being at daycare) and they no longer cry when I leave them (they attended an alternative daycare for 12 months before moving to busy bees and cried the moment we entered the car park) they LOVE the team and are always included even if they don’t attend on the days where events or special things are happening - THANKS TEAM! You certainly have the Merjan tick of approval! X"

"I strongly agree with others' poor review and I do not recommend your child to be part of this Craigieburn Centre. I request all unhappy parents to get in touch and come forward together to have strong action taken against this center management, making sure they deliver what they are false promising and provide us the refund for services that they did not deliver including no other kids or family suffer from below. We have been facing very non welcoming service currently at this center with lack of management support, vaguely charging weekly fees, Irresponsible and rude customer service, Promising on improvement but failing to deliver, no communication and ignorance of emails and calls etc. Many of children and center's very educated, talented and supportive educators have left and are leaving to other services in the area purely because of above reasons. Please look for other services in Craigieburn area where your children deserves to be part of. We have withdrawn our child's services from this center."

"DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE! I signed up my son here with high hopes we were so excited. The management is beyond ridiculous! To the point I don’t even no who the manager is anymore! They charged us $850 his first month as they failed to apply his CCS when fixed they told us that we are in credit and will be refunded in 6 weeks! It’s been over 3 months and I still have not received anything! To make matters worse He was neglected by staff, which I was told “come pick your son up, we cannot deal with him” “I’m to busy to give him attention” the state I picked my son up in was absolutely unacceptable, you cannot be serious? What type of childcare centre is this? My son had hand foot and mouth! And as much as I called or emailed no one “received my emails or calls” and no one even new about it! when I expressed my concern no one even apologised to me or acknowledged it! And to put a cherry on top.. we have just been charged $731! Due to the lack poor management and communication from the centre! And now we as parents have to suffer the consequences of their incompetence. They will just ignore you and brush it all under the carpet to save themselves! They will just keep taking money out of your account! Absolute scammers. I have taken this to the head office. Think twice before you send your children here…"

"my 5 years old is going to this child care n everything was fine. but when I put my 10 month old in this child care ,nothing works well. they enrolled my little one twice in a system. that means they are keep charging money for my little one twice everytime. for 1st time they lost all relevant documents and forms. and they asked us to resubmit which we did. after that they missed to submit session time for 1 week .that means we got charge full amount without subsidy twice. and they was keep overcharging money for full month. insted of paying 560 dollar a month we end up paying more then 2200 dollar a month . lots of email up and down, lots of calls n too many time face to face comunication ,still no solution. if you enrolled your child in this child care then don't give them direct debit authorisation..otherwise you will receive surprise money charge from your account. I don't recommend this child care anymore to anyone."
