"Not sure how this business has almost a solid 5 star rating, but it’s been almost a year since a loved my claim and haven’t had an traction at all. I get no correspondence except for a generic email saying to basically not contact them for enquirers to try and speed up the claim as they have what they need or something along those lines. Not sure why it takes this long, but with very minimal communication and effort I’m shocked how their ratings are so high. Probably paid reviews I’m assuming. Don’t waste your time."
