"Thought WISR were good to deal with originally however its a nightmare if you wish to pay out your loan early. Taking over 3 business days to process my loan closure after receiving my money and every time I call and ask for it they say they will contact me back and I don’t hear from anyone."

"If i can give 0 i will, they have Bad customer service/ accesor or whatever you call it. They approve at first and suddenly the following week it change the decision, after that time just week by week asking for document that at the end the answer still never get the approval. They asked for all kind of document, we already provided straight away and they keep making it longer and longer. I think my equity is still bigger than amount i proposed to them and they make it big scene. Just because my husband condition after injury. They are worst after worst. I meant if you can’t approve someone loan just do it quikly not until 2 month waiting and its all gone wasted. 2 months people’s."

I was a little taken back by some of the reviews, around documentation, but I thought I would give them a go based on great interest rate. I had no issues with the documentation, Wisr were very clear in what documents they required from me, and how I should upload them. I found the process very easy to follow. Timing was unbeatable for we had home renovations that needed our attention fast so with their help we were able to get our home back to scratch fast.
