"I used the services of R.H Freight as attached, apparently the factory was contacted by the shipper the pallet was a little loose and I was charged 30 RMB for extra tape on my pallet of goods, 30 RMB is approximately $5.00 AUD, R.H Freight charged me $719.14 AUD. I called R.H freight 2 times and ask why? I could not get a honest answer and both times were a different answer, I then emailed as there is no evidence over a phone call as shown via the email, 'Why didn't you contact me at the time'. I called a broker at Brisbane after emailing them as attached and the first thing he said was 'You have been ripped off'. I was in China myself, at the factory I paid extra to have sheets of ply board encased around the pallet screwed into framing then shrink wrapped, I also drove to Port of Brisbane to pick up my goods on arrival, the pallet was exactly the same as it was when it left the factory in China, there was no extra tape wrapped around the pallet, also R'H Freight was supposed to organise the truck to have a forklift on pickup at factory in China."
