"Really weird shop tbh. I visited them back when they were at eastern creek and they were great, very responsive and followed up on contact. I've been trying to speak to them for months now to buy two bucket seats with rails with no response. I spoke to one person once and they said their lack of responsiveness was because they where movingproperty to the Hills district, they said someone would contact me yet no one has, after multiple emails, phone calls,m via fb and telephone. They must be absolutely LOADED with cash because there is ZERO interest from them in making a sale. They literally DO NOT answer the phone any more, its so strange. The reason i keep persisting is i want a custom order recaro seat so i i can't just buy it online"
"Apparently I need to provide more information here because these "distributors" don't know how to browse the Bride website themselves. The Bride page that lists the change of height is +-0mm is easily found by browsing their webpage, or do a simple google search for "Bride Fit information for each seat". Yes as mentioned I did contact fair trading, who advised me they can not make a decision on the case, and I would be best lodging a civil case with NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, who in-turn advised me they could not help me as I purchased out of state as my residential address is overseas. Yes I did have to leave a bad review online as after months and months of contacting your team to try and source seat rails that actually fit as they were meant to you refused to help me return the seats. When you leave a customer no solution, provide seats that do not fit the intended reason of purchase and leave them out of pocket $3800 AUD you can expect that. Purchased and received seats for my car. They sat higher than advertised by the manufacturer. Garage 88 told me it wasn't their problem and refused to help. Save yourself the money and buy from an overseas seller, you aren't getting any protection buying from clowns like this anyway."
"Weird way of doing business..emailed twice and fb messaged twice. No response. The guy on the phone was no help at all with trying to help me find wheels to fit my rs3. Supposedly the other guy (who wasn't there and is working from home) is the wheel specialist and is responding to emails. It's been like 3 weeks with no reply. I was literally ready to throw $$ but they sure know how to have the opposite effect. Please improve customer service."
"Highly disappointed with the online store. Placed an order on the 23rd of December and paid for overnight shipping ($71), because I needed it to come ASAP for a birthday. As it was around Christmas time, I was already expecting it to come a little bit late. A week had passed and my package hadn’t been shipped out yet. I had messaged them on the 31st of December to cancel my order and had explained that I wanted to repurchase just as normal shipping. They said that cannot happen as it’s already been processed and left the warehouse. On Jan 9th, I still haven’t heard or received anything. Messaged them again asking for just a part of my refund on shipping as I paid a lot more than I needed to, seeing as I obviously wasn’t getting it “overnight”. They pretty much said to me “you need to understand that you ordered around Christmas and they didn’t reopen until the 6th of Jan”. Which is fine, but I don’t understand why they offered “overnight shipping” if it wasn’t going to even come within the week. I said it was fine, and I just wanted a PART of my refund back for the shipping and they made me feel I was not entitled to it and did not even apologise for an inconveniences. They had eventually said that they will give me a cash refund attached to my package. I agreed that was fine. February 4th now and I have FINALLY received my package and surprise, surprise, there was no cash refund attached. I wish this place lived up to the high reviews, but I have never been so disappointed with a service like this before."
