Reviews
"We went to have breakfast recently and ordered acai bowls. After taking almost 30 minutes to arrive at the table, it was very watery and tasted funny as well. Going for the second bite, there was little "hard" bits in it. When my partner noticed, instantly... IT WAS PLASTIC, small, tiny pieces. When we spoke to the waitress they first ignored us then followed by providing a new one. Mistakes happen, but finding plastic pieces throughout the food means something went wrong in the process in the kitchen. This is not okay! Was not impressed with the service and care from the waitress for the whole duration of our breakfast. Will not be going back any time soon..."
"Food and drinks were nice, however customer service pretty bad. Nobody greeted us nor brought water to the table or explained whether it’s table service or no which was still fine. After we took our menus and chose what we wanted to eat and drink. Lady at the counter took our order we payed, sat down. Besides food, we ordered two drinks Matcha and Coffee. They brought first drink Matcha, afte 10 minutes they brought another matcha (i go okay i ordered something else but i’ll keep the matcha i don’t mind i’ll drink it). 5 minutes later they brought coffee (okay i ordered it yes i’ll have it, it’s a bit late but i don’t mind eventually it is what i wanted). Soon after that the staff started starting at us and what looked like talking about us while we were talking. Then the lady that took my order came to our table and started confronting us about the extra matcha drink meaning she’ll take one we haven’t started drinking yet then we told her we have started drinking both. After that she chose the one that had more drink in it and took it behind the counter and emptied the remains into the sink we watched it happen and couldn’t believe. What a waste, no apology nothing. I was shocked by her behaviour. I think that is a pretty bad costumer service and it ruined my experience there."
"Cosy café with amazing breakfast/lunch options and more. Clean, beautiful interior design, nice music, friendly and attentive staff. I enjoyed my lunch there and will definitely come again."
"Love the cool vibes. Clean, fast and delicious. It was busy but everything was so smooth we barely noticed. Loved the breakfast bowl. The sandwich was good as well. Definitely recommend it!"
"The pancakes were a bit dry but still delicious. Didn’t like frozen blueberries, though. Unfortunately, an omelette was tasteless. Nice coffee and view. Very friendly staff."
