"OMG what absolute great service from Potiki/PetInsurance/Hollard. Joined our rescue dog recently and this week first trip to the vet for gastro. Advised the vet to send the invoice through to pet insurance. Before we got home from the vet, we already received a standard email reply that they received our claim.
