"Tried to make a warranty claim on a brand new vehicle I had paint protection done on due to the people not having the equipment or knowledge on how to use the product they sell. So far I have just been given the ring around by both parties and neither want to accept responsibility. I have even gone as far as messaging Williams racing products directly to be told the company caravana didn't even give me all the registration details required once I registered I called the number for support and warranty claims only to be told sorry we just sell the product I'm just a middle man. So don't beleive the whole warranty thing it's it's joke and these guys won't warrant it the car I own was 150k so not a cheap car even told them before I had it done I'd rather wait 2 weeks and have it done right than have it rushed and be back having this conversation well here I am 3 days to do my car and it's ruined then I have the head of this autogard tell me it's because of how I washed the car lol I have been a professional detailer for over 10 years didn't tell them that bit no wool over my eyes. I'll keep this updated as to what happens if anything does."

"I cannot recommend Nicole, Peter and the team at Autogard enough! After having some issues with a ceramic coat that was applied by a dealership (NOT BY AUTOGARD THEMSELVES), at my request they arranged to have a detailer sent out to me to re-do the car. Unfortunately this didnt rectify the issue so we came to an arrangement that i was extremely happy with. The best customer service i have ever received from these guys and i will be back for my future car care needs. Thank you guys!"
