"I used to love the people, the staff service and discounts but yesterday unfortunately one staff member made me change my mind for good. After making another frequent shop and spending $854 I presented my VIP card as I have used many times this year to only have the lady behind the counter tell me it's expired and doesn't come up, I said excuse me she said yes it expired last year in December 2018, I said ok can I have a new on she yes for another $25 I said are you serious did you see how much I just spent and see how I much I continuously spend in here? She didn't care and wanted to know if I was paying the $25 I said I have never paid a such a few well she didn't care and charged me the full $854, doesn't matter tomorrow I'm going in to refund everything and never going back there again. Over the years I have spent thousand upon thousands from there 2 locations and to just get attitude like that and a simple don't know you look when all the other staff do,well you ruined my weekend you hag. Id give 0 stars if possible for poor customer interactions and the way she humiliated me when she said says here 2017 you came here! That's because lady 2 years prior I was feeding the cash register of your Penrith location you mole"
