"Terrible cafe in Westfield. Don't let the fancy chairs fool you. The tables were dirty. The staff were inattentive to the point we thought they might have customerphobia. There were a number of tables with leftovers on them. Perhaps the staff were so averse to wasting food that they couldn't bear to throw the crumbs away. We were charged twenty dollars for a coffee and a smoothie. The smoothie was essentially milk with some fake flavouring and the coffee was ok. You can find so many good places in the city to have a coffee that there is no reason to go here unless you are forced to due to a natural disaster, such as a flood, the prevents you from walking anywhere else."
"Met up with 3 other retired work colleagues at a nearby club for lunch and afterwards we lobbed here for some coffee and cake. We found a table near the cake display and pondered our choice. After you find a vacant table and chairs, you walk up to the counter and order your coffee and cakes . I ordered an Apple strudel and a soy latte, both were very nice but a little pricey, but it is the Sydney CBD, so it is to be expected. Lots of very delicious looking cakes on show, from $9.00 to $12.00, if I remember rightly, but there are some cheaper slices and biscuits to chose from as well. My mates chose slices and a muffin. Service was adequate, no smiles at the end of the working day. If you fancy a comfortable place to sit and drink a beverage and eat a fancy cake, this café is highly recommended."
"Cafe located in Level 2 of Westfield, just underneath the escalator. A varieties of sandwiches and cakes available apart from the coffee. Sofas are a bit dated though."
"We had a good experience here. Nice coffee and good food. Quick service and friendly staff."
"Location and the armchairs was great. Very nice ambience and good for people watching. The coffee was good. I had the tiramisu as it looked good (it was either this or the carrot cake, but I decided the unhealthier one of the two), but it didn't really taste like tiramisu. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't tiramisu. I ate it all of course as it's $11 a piece, but was really after a tiramisu."
