"Bought a Swiss watch with bracelet as a gift, special order, and the staff were great. Promised too just return and they would resize the bracelet on site. On returning , different staff, absolutely no idea what they were doing, would stop to serve other customers, doubted that I purchased at store despite never checking their system. Eventually stated no one their could adjust it. Staff eventually called the manager who confirmed the sale, and sent me to the jeweller a few stores away to get it adjusted at the stores expense. Easier buying online from Jomashop."

"My mother is devastated that the Mazzucchelli's staff "don't know whats happened" to her $3,500 engagement ring that was sent for repair. We've been following this up continuously, with no responses since sending it for repair. Two months later they don't know where it is. We are escalating the issue through Consumer Affairs now. Next time we'll be shopping at a trustworthy jeweller, never again at Mazzucchelli's."
