"I'd give 0 if it was an option! So dodgy they won't tell you the interest rate and make it really hard to do extra payments as the banking portal never works, always requires a new login then that doesn't work so if you need any info or want to make extra payments it has to be done over the phone. Get a loan from a standard bank its cheaper and easier!"

"The reason why I have made the effort to write a review is based on the service I’ve received over the past weeks around a payout figure for my finance. Each staff member who has assisted me, has explained everything really clearly and ensures all my questions have been answered. I don’t think this finance company deserves such a low scoring and the wait times are very minimal. Thank you VW finance for your services over the past 3 years!"

"Worst company I have ever dealt with. Their system of direct debits doesn’t work with my bank. They decided, even with the history of me consistently calling trying to sort it out every month, to repossess my car. I cleared it up with the repo man. Two months later ANOTHER repo man shows up, this time trying to claim $1k for the fees for the last repo man. When I called the company trying to figure out what was going on, the customer service representative told me to get a lawyer and hung up on me. I had to make a complaint to the AFC to get it cleared. This company is run by the most incompetent, rude, dismissive dolts I have ever encountered. I can’t see how they work with number since most seem flat out counting past 10. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and will try to intimidate you into paying for their mistakes. Go with ANYONE ELSE if you have the option."

"Can't give no stars or I would. I DO NOT recommend this company AT ALL. Can't wait to be out of my contract and never have to deal with them again. The customer service here is absolutely disgusting. Particularly, a rude representative named Liz, that I've had the "pleasure" of dealing with a few times now. Called today to enquire about a payout figure I'd received on Monday, when after said call I remembered I'd made a payment late last week. So wanted to ensure that my most recent payment had been deducted already from the quote given to me. She is extremely rude, talks over the top of you, has an absolutely awful and brash attitude, gets audibly frustrated at questions you ask. When asking for clarification on something, instead of trying to understand what I was asking, she repeated the same answer she gave me the first time but each time with more attitude and louder and more aggressively every time. By the end of the conversation, I hung up as she was so rude and I was left upset and frustrated at how rudely I was being spoken to when simply trying to get information on paying out my account... which you think she'd be happy about. Awful. Awful experience."
