"Shame the manager is one rude cranky old lady. Few of us support workers love the coffee from there, all the workers are amazing. But God forbid you are to order coffee from the manager, plain rude, and the way she bosses around the stuff is so disrespectful."
"We are regular customers here and have breakfast here weekly. However this morning i found a hair in my food which i was understanding about and know that maybe this isnt so uncommon. I approached the waitress quietly and let her know that i have found a hair in my food and that she should let the kitchen know just to be more careful. She said she was going to let the manager know. So so disappointing that the manager did not bother to come out and just simply apologise instead they stayed hidden in the kitchen. Clearly if this manager or this restaurant in general cared about the business and the restaurant they would of come out and just simply apologised especially we approched the situation very quietly and nicely."
"I walked by this café many times. I saw this restaurant is always busy. I try it out today with a latte and chocolate milkshake. The drinks taste nice. The restaurant is clean. The only thing that I don’t like is the tables are small and close to each other. I understand that it’s because the narrow space (floor size of its), that couldn’t be bigger… anyway, it’s a nice place to catch-up with your friends/family"
"A nice place to get a bite in Pacific Epping Plaza. The food comes quick, staff are polite, helpful and friendly. The menu has a good variety of food and hot drinks. Plenty of seats to sit inside or outside of the Cafe. I enjoyed my visit!"
