"Dodgy. Turned up in a beat up cab, baby seat not fitted then only clipped in loosely without the rear anchor fitted. Tried to charge the full price when we arrived at the airport despite having paid a $30 deposit, then when he said 'ok it's $74' I tapped my card and $81.90 was charged. Tried to pass it off as the 2% surcharge. Total rip-off and unsafe, don't use this company."
"Horrible experience. I wanted a quote so left an enquiry. Was phoned promptly by someone who didn't introduce themselves and was trying to make a booking. I said I wanted a quote and they disappeared for a second before coming back with an answer. It was too much for me, so I said thank you but I won't make the booking. His tone changed and aggressively asked "why not? What changed?" I said it's too much for me and I'll find another way, thanks for your help. He then said he could take $4 off. Again I thanked him but said that's not affordable for me, tried to hang up and he asked "well how much have you been charged before" - never used them before, literally just wanted a quote. I said that, he sounded angry and said "well what is your budget?" I said between 35-40 max. He then said "good, we'll make the booking for $45". I said "no, I'm not making the booking. I said $40 max is what I can afford." He then got angrier, explaining why they can't go that low. I understand that they can't go lower, I just wanted to not make a booking and get off the call, he kept trying to make me make it. I was calm for majority of the call until the end when he started pushing harder and I had to angrily say "I do not want to make a booking, I said I can't afford it. Do not make a booking in my name. Goodbye". And hung up before he could say another thing. No respect for the customer"
