"We would rate ONLY ELC Rouse Hill and its staff HIGHER if we could! We currently have 2 kids attending, both attending since they were only months old. From the very beginning the team have always done everything they can to provide us peace of mind, a high level of care for both kids and a genuine interest in seeing our kids thrive. Communication has always been flawless - changes around the Centre, kids health and behavior, even situations out of their control - they always communicate with so much care and thoughtfulness, always clear and professional. AND approachable whenever we need, whatever the need, big or small. The educators have always been so supportive, attentive and KNOW our kids - their quirks, their likes / dislikes, how they best interact with other kids - just what they need at every turn. They have always worked collaboratively with us, making the transition in schedule and activities from home to centre so easy for the kids. Just the way the educators are with our kids - it is hard to put into words how comforting to see them so cared for above and beyond. We are so deeply grateful for ONLY ELC and could so say much, and only good things! We feel so very lucky to have come across ONLY and cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for a Centre - none compare to ONLY."

"Our Son has been gleefully bounding out of our front door at home eager to go to Only kindy every day for a couple of years now. They've clearly created and maintained a welcoming, inclusive and safe environment for him and his confidence and willingness to learn has really "hit stride" at Only Early Learning. Whenever illness or behaviour has been an issue in the centre or with our son, the management has been been proactive and transparent and communicated with us. Is Only Early Learning Centre at Rouse Hill one of the "good ones"? Absolutely, yes. If you're looking for a good centre, this centre fits the bill."

"In the last year I have had work experience at many other centres, I recently decided to commit to working full time ONLY ELC as it is the most supportive and flexible centre. The management team provide regular professional development courses for all educators. The educators there are genuine and provide quality care for every single child."

"As both an employee of this centre, as well as a parent of a child attending this centre - I could not recommend ONLY ELC any higher! From the perspective of an employee - this centre has the most amazing and supportive workplace culture and is filled with dedicated Early Childhood Educators who are so passionate about their work with children. From the perspective of a parent - I am so appreciative of the care and love my daughter receives at this service. Everyone truly goes above and beyond to make her feel safe, loved and happy! "It is difficult to write the review on ONLY Rouse Hill. This is due to the fact the educators are great to the children and I have seen my children flourish. However, when it comes to the policies and procedures the general manager goes against evidence-based practice especially in the illness and medication policy and will threaten parents that contest policies and procedures with unenrollment of their children. The general manager has a nil respect to their stakeholders and or their concerns in relation to about their children. In summary the illness and medication policy states any child can not have paracetamol or ibuprofen for over 24 hours before they commence their day at daycare. Even though paracetamol or ibuprofen last several hours in the body, the general manager still believes the drugs can last over 24 hours. I have provided the general manager with multiple evidence-based practice resources and also referred her to her own GP or pharmacist to gain proper knowledge. However, still refuses to acknowledge and will not change the policy. The illness and medication policy also is intrusive to their own staff. In summaries the educators they must disclose any medication they are taking and can not attend their duties for over 24 hours. Nil other employment especially in government employment has any policy, procedure or guideline has this enforced. I would really consider enrolling you children into another childcare if you can. It is a shame to write this review considering the educators are doing their best for the children."
