"I’ve never witness a toxic and abusive working environment until I stepped foot into Stardust Hotel. I was a new customer of Stardust hotel, been here for around for a month now and yesterday I’ve just witness one of the female manager shouting and getting aggressive at CUSTOMERS for “not playing big enough”. Safe to say I won’t be attending here ever again. The owner needs to do a better job at hiring managers and need to stop giving them too much power."
"Security abusive, discriminate and rude. Threaten and harassed by security and security staff as I am blind and unable to see without glasses. Security manager told me if I am blind why am I out and not at home. I cried and even then told to take off glasses. I walked into walls and bumped into things and still not allowed to wear glasses or get any assistance."
