"We reached out to Chris after a lot of research, looking to have my engagement ring remade. Chris was prompt and lovely to deal with. He sat down with us to discuss our vision and we instantly felt that he was on the same page. He took his time to listen to what we wanted (and didn't want) and the finished product is even better than I had imagined! He had no problem with us providing our own stone, and was quite happy to accommodate my request of having the setting made in unplated white gold. Chris used Palladium white gold, which is a beautiful white color even without the usual rhodium plating! At no point did we feel pressured, and the whole process was transparent. We were not charged a cent more than originally quoted, and we were given an independent valuation of the ring as well. Chris' work is very reasonably priced, especially given the high quality of his pieces and that they are handmade. We have been blown away, and I have no doubt my ring has been made to last a lifetime. We could not be more grateful - thank you Chris!"
