"Same as the other one-star reviews. My girlfriend dropped off two rings and a bracelet to be fixed in November after initial consultation confirming it could all be fixed. Was told a week turnaround time. Called in December, and said it'll be another week...called in Jan, another week. It's the 25 of February, and we asked to take it all back. She said we needed to confirm what stone was required to be in the ring before fixing the band. Upon returning the items we were missing the broken section of the ring. No communication and absolute negligence. Don't go here. Side note, halfway through our initial consultation, she ran out of the store to feed a pigeon...this lady is unprofessional with no regard for customer satisfaction. She does not know how to run a business, and her only essential skill is chin waging with her friends out the back."
