Our experienced Jeweller hand makes one-of-a-kind designs and sources high-grade diamonds. We also specialize in repairing everyday wear and tear to gold and silver jewellery, ensuring your beloved pieces look their best. In fact, we are able to repair 99.9% of the pieces brought to us for attention, including costume jewellery.

Conway Jewellers can repair jewellery and restring pearls, and we stock a large range of spare parts, allowing many repairs to be done while you wait or browse our selection. We also offer a wide range of replacement watch straps and bracelets for both ladies and gents watches, and can replace watch batteries, including hard-to-find odd sizes. For more extensive watch repairs, we offer a no-obligation, no-cost quotation service, and all our watch overhauls carry a six-month guarantee.

For insurance purposes, valuations are available for your jewellery. Our valuer is fully qualified and up-to-date with current market trends. All valuations include a photograph of the item valued on the certificate.

Conway Jewellers opened its doors in 1966 and has been a part of the Malvern community ever since.
