"We got pandora bracelet worth $149 in December 2022. 2 years warranty but unfortunately the stones fallen. I went back to store and the yesterday . The customer care lady named Monica with whom I deal she was bit rude . She said bracelet is bended that's was stone fallen. The way she was saying it was showing, I intentionally bend the bracelet and damaged it. Which does not make any sense. She asked me how you remove the bracelet r u removing directly or use the small lock to open it. I said i never remove this bracelet .Then she said she can't return money as it is bended she only can offer another same bracelet or gift card as same worth. I said as i return this bracelet 2nd time with same issue within 4 months so i am not interested with same replacement.meanwhile she asked me to wear the another bracelet o check size of my wrist. I was looking meanwhile something else to buy instead of same. She has already damaged bracelet. She in rude and taunting way said to me please remove the bracelet which she gave me to check wrist size, otherwise she has to pay for that product and she doesn't not want. Indirectly her mean to say was we will take that bracelet with us and she have to pay after that. It seems like we are theif. Then I changed my mind to buy something else and get gift cards. I really got upset the way she deal. This sort of customer service really effect on sale in future. Hope I will not deal with pandora in epping until she is there. And I will recommend to my riend and family circle dnt buy anything from epping pandora if the customer service is offering by Monica."

Upon entering the store, I patiently waited for approximately 25 minutes before being assisted by a customer service representative. During the purchase process, I was informed about an enticing offer where buying two charms would also include a bracelet. Excited about the opportunity, I accepted the offer. However, I was not informed at that time that the bracelet size could not be changed or that the purchase was non-refundable. Once I returned home, I eagerly checked the bracelet's size, as it was meant to be a surprise birthday gift. Unfortunately, the size turned out to be too large. I promptly returned to the Pandora store, hoping to exchange the bracelet for a smaller size. However, I was met with unexpected resistance from the staff, who claimed that size changes were not possible and that the purchase was non-refundable. It was disheartening to hear that I was at fault for a mistake that I was not made aware of during the initial purchase. Throughout the entire ordeal, the customer service representative who assisted me showed no empathy or willingness to acknowledge the miscommunication that occurred. This lack of accountability added to my disappointment and frustration. I understand that businesses may have specific policies in place, but it is crucial for customers to be fully informed about any limitations or conditions associated with a purchase. Clear and transparent communication is essential to ensure a positive customer experience. While I appreciate the initial offer and the allure of Pandora's products, the handling of my situation has left me dissatisfied. As a loyal customer, I expected better customer service and a more flexible approach to resolving the issue.
