"We just recently completed a knockdown rebuild and was contemplating putting a pool in but was concerned about the narrow limited access to do so. I went to the pool and spa show and spoke to many pool builders. Of all the ones I spoke to, Ben from AP was the only builder who took the time to listen to my concerns but what surprised me the most was that he was the only pool builder who called me back, and came on site to do a site inspection. From there the process was easy, open and frequent communication, a dig that took half a day and the trades left the property cleaner than they had found it to start with. The decision to build a pool and use Albatross Pools was the best decision we made during the whole rebuild process. Thanks to Ben, Janine and Geoff for all your help."
"I have just left the Warrandyte store and have never felt so disgusted in my life! The sales assistant was not even a little bit helpful. From the second we worked in he completely ignored us was on his phone the whole time and when we asked for a price he’s like “im not gonna tell you that” with a smirk on his face. When I called the Dandenong store the man who answered instead of apologising for the matter we were spoken to be defends him straight away. The two men I had spoken to today were absolutely horrible but a few weeks ago a lovely lady from also the Dandenong store was amazing, she actually helped gave us a starting quote and explaining everything but after the experience today I will not be purchasing a pool from here."
