"On Forest Road Ferntree Gully very near the roundabout you will find the Local Bicycle Shop. I took my bike in to have the rear inner tube replaced. A task that is far too complex for me. Andrew had it all done within a couple of hours and very reasonably priced. Great customer service. The store is also well fitted out with a number of different bikes for all ages and types as well as well stocked with plenty of accessories. For service or for a purchase well worth a look into."

"Was quoted an agreed price when I dropped off my bike. All worked agreed was carried out apart from making sure everything was tightened as it should be, my handle bars still wobble but that I can fix but no extra work was done. Apon picking up my bike I was charged more than the quoted price. When I explained to the person at the store about the agreed quote they couldn't care less....would not recommend this store."
