I bought a necklace in Collin st two weeks ago, and had great experience in there with all the staffs. especially Anney. It's company's the greatest value to have a remarkable staff like her. I was walking pass the store inside crown today, and wondering if they have any other options, I walked in, and saw a pearl which is a bit better shape than I purchased, so I asked if I could exchange or refund then repurchase this one, Danny was really unhelpful, he basically don't want to do anything for me, and just keep telling me to went back to Collin st, I felt unwelcome and walked away..."
