"First and last time using this florist. Incredibly disappointed with the size of the bouquet & quality of flowers. I was embarrassed to have sent it. Not what I had expected for $170 (I order flowers from other florists regularly, so know what I should be getting…) I emailed feedback and received an apologetic phone call from F&B, admitting it was a very, very substandard bouquet & was promised a credit. Then nothing. Called to check on status, but nothing."
