"What a shame. Came to this cafe and the long black hair barista was so rude. She was flustered because her coworker went for the toilet break and I heard her yelling at customers telling them to wait, yelling at pickup drivers and was very stressed. I get it that hospitality can be very busy at times, but if she was a little nicer and took her time, their customers experience could’ve been very different. Very disappointing. Not a nice front of house staff member."
