"This is by far the worst Michael Hill store I have walked into. The ladies were rude and it was obvious they made assumptions that I didn't have money to spend. If anyone knows anything about diamonds, you would know that there is a difference between diamond colours. I was interested in a specific diamond in the store and they could not give me the exact colour or clarity of the ring. They stated it was in the d, E or f colour range I asked a few times which one exactly and they wouldn't tell me, saying it was just in that grouping. Now if I am going to be spending at least $5000, I want to know the exact colour and clarity. They treated my partner and I as if we knew nothing about diamonds. Don't waste your time at this store. Go to more specialist jewellers."
